RGS The Grange seeks to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Early Years Assistant to join our Early Years Team. This is a great opportunity for someone who may be looking for a change of career or just starting out on their Early Years journey. Our nursery cares for 2-4 year olds and boasts superb facilities within RGS The Grange, with endless opportunities for exciting activities. You will also support the Holiday Club provision for Early Years children.

The successful Early Years Assistant candidate will work as part of the Pre-School and Nursery team under the direction of the Pre-School & Nursery Manager and Head of Early Years. The primary focus is providing a safe, stimulating, and varied programme of play, alongside high-quality education and care for young children. A high standard of professional conduct, integrity, and sound judgment in confidential dealings with pupils, parents, staff, and external agencies is required at all times.
